Elite Next is an IRDAI-authorized insurance service provider. We help you compare, purchase, renew, and service general insurance policies issued by partner insurers. The insurance contract is between you and the insurer; Elite Next acts solely as an intermediary.
3. Accuracy of Information
You must provide true, complete, and current information at all stages — enquiry, KYC, proposal, and claim. Misrepresentation or non-disclosure may lead to rejection of cover, claim repudiation, or cancellation of the policy by the insurer.
4. Premium, Payment & Renewal
- Premium amounts displayed are indicative and finalised by the insurer based on underwriting.
- Payment is processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways; receipts are issued by the insurer.
- Policy renewal is your responsibility; we send reminders as a courtesy.
5. Quotes & Comparison
Premium quotes and feature comparisons are provided on a best-effort basis using data supplied by partner insurers. The final policy wording, sum insured, exclusions, and claim process are governed by the policy document issued by the insurer.
6. Claims
We provide claim-support assistance, but settlement is at the sole discretion of the insurer based on policy terms. Elite Next is not liable for claim rejection or partial settlement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and trademarks on this website are the property of Elite Next or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
8. Prohibited Use
- Using the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.
- Uploading viruses, scraping content, or interfering with site operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Next shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of the use of the Services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the service fee (if any) paid by you for the specific service.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Elite Next, its directors, employees, and partners against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your registered city.
