Elite Next operates as an authorized insurance service provider under the regulations of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI). The information below is published in accordance with applicable IRDAI guidelines.

3. Nature of Business

Elite Next solicits, procures, and services general insurance products on behalf of IRDAI-licensed insurance companies. We do not underwrite insurance risks or issue policies in our own name. The insurance contract is always between the policyholder and the chosen insurer.

4. Partner Insurers

We are tied up with 20+ IRDAI-licensed general insurance companies including but not limited to: HDFC ERGO, ICICI Lombard, Bajaj Allianz, Tata AIG, Reliance General, SBI General, Royal Sundaram, Liberty General, Universal Sompo, Kotak General, Future Generali, Zurich Kotak, Kiwi, and others. 5. Remuneration

Elite Next earns commission and/or remuneration from partner insurers in accordance with the limits prescribed by IRDAI (Payment of Commission) Regulations. No additional fee is charged from the customer beyond the premium payable to the insurer, unless explicitly disclosed.

6. Conflict of Interest

We endeavour to present unbiased comparisons across partner insurers. Where a conflict of interest may arise, it will be disclosed to you before any policy is sold.

7. Customer Rights

  • Right to receive complete information about products, terms, exclusions, and premium structure.
  • Right to a free-look cancellation period as defined in each policy document.
  • Right to nominate beneficiaries and update them at any time.
  • Right to grievance redressal through Elite Next, the insurer, and ultimately the IRDAI / Insurance Ombudsman.

8. Grievance Redressal

  1. Step 1 — Elite Next: Write to our Grievance Officer at grievance@elitenext.in. We acknowledge within 3 working days and resolve within 15 working days.
  2. Step 2 — Insurer: Escalate to the grievance cell of the concerned insurance company (contact details provided in your policy).
  3. Step 3 — IRDAI: Register at bimabharosa.irdai.gov.in or call the IRDAI Toll-Free Number 155255 / 1800 4254 732 or email complaints@irdai.gov.in.
  4. Step 4 — Insurance Ombudsman: Approach the jurisdictional Ombudsman; details available at www.cioins.co.in.

9. Public Disclosures

Elite Next complies with all disclosure requirements under IRDAI regulations including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and protection of policyholders' interests.

10. Caution Notice

Beware of spurious calls and fictitious offers. IRDAI does not announce bonus, involve in activities like sale of insurance policies, or invest premiums. Report suspicious calls to the local police and IRDAI immediately.
